We had our baby girl on April 30th, 2011 at 4:23pm. We named her Vivia Marion.

Vivia means "lively" or "full of life" and that is exactly how she has been since I could feel her move in my tummy. She was rolling around, kicking, and punching like crazy! Marion is Steve's grandmothers name, who is now 95yrs old! I've had her name picked out since before I was even pregnant with Job...just waiting to use it! I'm glad it fits her!

She has been doing great since we got home. The kids have been doing good too. They occasionally get a little crazy since we are home more. Job is great with her and can even calm her down when I can't."

Diego loves her from afar but if I give him the job of holding her is is a very proud brother. Maggie is in love with her and is so excited to be a big sister! she keeps saying "I can't believe my sister is here!

Steve is also in love and just laughs at all her little groans and snorts she makes all day...and in the night.

I am trying to cherish every moment with her just incase she is our last. I find myself holding her even when she's asleep, just cause it's SO MUCH FUN! I can't wait till she is smiling and giggling with us...and the reason is not gas! :)

Mt Laguna never lets us down! Sun to snow in 20 minutes. Can't beat that!

Taking pictures was a little harder this time since we were in 2-3 ft of fresh powder, I'm 7 months pregnant, and I had to carry Maggie a lot(snow would've been up to her shoulders) but we got some good ones!

I promise, they were having fun :)

And a week later, still snow being dumped on the mountians. Amazing!

Big Five!

My first born, and biggest boy Job has turned five years old!
A WHOLE HAND!!!! Something about this age is so different from the others. He is not a toddler age anymore. He will be starting Kindergarten later this year, and will be the oldest of our four kids. He is my little man, attitude and all. Sarcasm is present daily, and the fight to be right is on! These little things I could live without, but the other new additions to his personality I could keep forever! The helpfulness, thoughtfulness, and love for learning are so sweet. He has an urge to know and understand the "why"s of everything and is not easily satisfied. He has even asked me to start calling him Christopher(his real first name). Not gonna happen!

We were going to have a party for him on the weekend but it was going to pour rain so we just went to the park on his Birthday with a few friends.
We thought it would be a simple party and that's it. It turned into 5 celebrations over four days!

I'm hoping this is not the trend around here for birthdays!

We were given free tickets to Lego Land(thank you Delana from 94.1). We had never been and even though it was super cold out, the kids really liked it!

This year I wanted to try some homemade gifts. So friends and family got Homemade BBQ sauce and Sugar bath scrubs.

We were surprised with Christmas carolers on Christmas Morning!

My parents, Aunt Debi and Grandpa Walt all came into town.

We all started getting sick the day before they came so they were dodging coughs and sneezes the whole visit. We made Tamales and they turned out really good!
and ofcourse the kids got some great presents.

Maggie finally got a pink bike so she can keep up with her brothers. This was the only present she had asked for and every box or bag she opened she had a look of dissapointment. When she finally saw it she LOVED it!

Job helped Papa read the Christmas story on Christmas Eve using our little people set.
He was so serious! It's so much fun now that they are getting older and they are understanding more and more of why we celebrate Christmas. It's not about a jolly old man who squeezes down a chimney. Even though they know about the Santa stuff and love the Rudolph songs, It's about Jesus! We taught them about the real
St. Nick and the backround for Santa. We are not robbing our kids of their childhood by telling them that Santa is not real, we are re-assuring them of real living God who they can put their trust and hope in. He will always be the reason for the season!

I was just sitting here in my kitchen, checking my emails and I glanced over at my three little munchkins. All in their PJ's, snacking on Cheerios, watching a cartoon and all giggling, and I just felt so happy. We have a nice little family! When I was growing up or a teen I would've never imagined my life the way it is now. I don't know what I imagined actually, I knew I wanted a family...but couldn't imagine how it would all work out.

And now here I am, 30 YEARS OLD (AAAHHH), Married to my handsome and amazing hubby, 3beautiful kids... AND ANOTHER ONE COMING IN FOUR MONTHS!!!!
I forget all day long that I'm prego, I think my brain is too busy sometimes. I don't limit myself when I should( how can you when your shakin it in ZUMBA?) and I forget to take my prenatal pills just about every other day. I don't want to forget or make it any less important then when I was pregnant with Job, but, I haven't taken any pics of my belly, I haven't kept a pregnancy calender, and I DON'T EVEN KNOW HOW MANY WEEKS I AM (It's around 20 I'm sure) But then I go to get dressed and can't zip up my jeans, or Maggie will push on my tummy and yell "HELLO BABY", or people will give me a second look when I'm out with the kids, and then it hits me! I'm having a baby! I get the same excited feeling again, as if it's my first. I get all giggly and I start to let my imagination run wild. will it be another wild boy for the boys to argue, wrestle, and fight with? Or another sweet girl for Maggie to love and cuddle, and watch Dora with(that's what she is looking forward to). Which name will we be able to use? We've had the girls name since before Job was born, and the boys name we've had since before Maggie was born. I love them both!!!!!!! It's almost worth having twins just so we can use both! (don't worry, we checked, only one baby is in there).

Anyway, these are the ramblings of my brain. My point is that I AM excited! I AM waiting with such anticipation and joy for this new little tiny one to enter our family. I AM overwhelmed but, it's a good overwhelmed. In the time it's taken to write this I've taken Maggie to the potty 3 times, made everyone a tortilla to snack on, got 2/3 kids dressed, broken up 3-4 arguments about where they are sitting and explained that they need to love eachother and not hurt eachother, told Job to stop making this annoying squeal of his about 10 times, given Diego a high five for going poo poos in the potty, cleaned up where he missed the potty when he peed, outlined Maggie's hands and feet on paper, glanced at my fingers and toes in desperate need of new polish, still haven't brushed my hair after my shower, and I know I really need to start breakfast. Overwhelemed? totally, but i love it. People can say, "you've got your hands full" and "I don't know how you do it" and "what? another baby?" all day long and it will never make me regret or want to change a single thing!

I CAN"T WAIT to Hear "It's a girl!" or "It's a boy!" and cry because either way I'll be happy. And to smell that new baby smell on the back of the baby's ears, stare at the baby's toes and fingers and just be awe of GOD's blessings on my life, introduce the baby to the kids and see their reactions. It is a blessing! Do you believe that? Do you think it's not financially smart? Do you think 6 people in a 3 bed/1 bath house is too much? Do you think it's not fair for my 3 kids already...that they wont get enough attention? Funny enough, people have voiced these opinions to me! And I just smile and say, "We will be OK" or, "Yep, it'll be challenging" but, I have no idea what God has in store for us. He will help guide our path and show us the decisions he'd like us to make.
Even though I feel insecure and unsure sometimes I know that it will work out in the end, even if I have to learn a big lesson through it all.

I look forward to the future, see them grow up and play together, hang out together, and send each other off into the world. How can I not be excited? there's so much in store for us!!!!
Plus, I want to see how stinkin cute this one will be... so far we've had some good luck with some Gorgeous kids!! ;)

My goal for September was to "Make gifts for Job's new preschool teacher, Have a girly girl party for Maggie's 2nd Bday, and be completely moved into our new house.

He adores her and she is loving the bag! It's reversible but if she doesn't want to see my sewing mistakes then she'll keep it like this. :)

As for being completely moved in to our new house...we are working on it

My hubby is hard at work to finish everything by this weekend. I'm packing away and we should be in and settled by Mid November. I'll post before and afters once we are in.

My goal for October:Sew a different style of apron, mommy and child size (I've only sewed one pattern so far)
OK, so this did not happen...yet! But as soon as I can find and unpack my sewing machine I plan to use one of these beautiful patterns by Skip to my lou to make them.

As for November and our STAY-cation...I can not wait for the 19th to fulfill this one! However, I'm not looking forward to the 16th when my twenties will be over...But As all of my 30yr old friends are telling me, "30 is the NEW 20".

I think being prego with baby#4, Moving into our house that was remodeled and built by my amazing hubby, and sharing everyday with my amazing family will be a great way to bring on 30!

(not our RV in the back round) The RV was called the "fun Finder". the family had two kids about the same age as ours. they were in the RV most of the time and if they ever came out the kids were screaming and yelling. they left early. Don't think they found the fun they were trying to find.

In summer, the mere mention of chores can evoke reactions usually reserved for dentist appointments and haircuts. To make tasks less tedious for everyone, print them on strips of paper, color-coding to distinguish "grown-up jobs" from "kid jobs." On chore day, have everyone draw and complete a job.

Rainbow Cupcakes

I saw some cupcakes like this on a blog somewhere and I'm sorry I can't remember where it was! I was deep in blogger world looking for some ideas for birthdays and came across some rainbow/tie dyed cupcakes.
Start with the batch of batter and separate into small bowls, add the colors you want to use.

Spoon out a scoop of each color into the baking cups and keep adding colors till they are full enough.

use a toothpick to swirl the colors in the middle

You don't see them frosted because I let my son experiment with the frosting and they turned out a funky brownish blue color. not so cute :)

Summer fun

This summer hasn't been as hot as usual and we've only had a couple beach days but we sure have been keeping busy!
Steve turned 36, we had yummy apple pie to celebrate.

So many diapers!

I've made some diaper cakes in the past. Some for friends, some for sale. it's fun, just to take the time to do something other then my normal day to day stuff. My kids help now, they roll with me and help pick our what things go where.
I thought I'd just post some pics. Fun to see how different they all are.

Most are filled a bottle of champagne, some with martinellis, some with formula.
And most have a toy or monnogrammed letter with them.

I believe we are truly blessed to live in a Nation that is Free! We have opportunity at our fingertips, and on a daily basis I forget that. I have a roof over my head, food in my fridge, a car to drive, clothes on my back and THEN SOME!
I am blessed! Blessed to have a Husband who works hard on a daily basis to provide for us. Works doing physical labor, with his hands, and that his profession provides for us. That he cares about his country and is not ashamed or afraid to speak his mind. I am SO thankful to those in any type of military service. We, as a family, are absolutely supportive of you and your families. Your families that are worried, your wives that are alone with your children, your kids who miss their Daddy. I thank you from the bottom of my heart for sacrificing your time and life to better our country. Some don't agree, and some complain, but in the end you are doing more then they ever will.

The people that founded this country founded it on Godly principles:
God is vanishing from our society and peoples agendas and selfish desires are creeping in. The emphasis is on "self", not on others. We live in the now, and not for the future. Our founding fathers lived for us. Can you even imagine that? Living for those in The United States that were yet to come. But even more then that they lived for God. If you don't agree, just read.

Maybe you disagree with them now...but there is no changing what the basis of America was suppose to be....what they had planned it to be for us.
We live in a nation about self, about now, about who's fault it is and who to blame. They created America for US...they had our well being in mind when they signed the Declarataion of Independence. Us...can you even think of it...we weren't even CREATED yet but they were making a nation for the future. They didn't conform to the world, they had a specific layout for THIS land.
Even on a day of patriotism like the 4th of July, it gets lost. We are focused on pool parties, BBQ's, side dishes, drinks, and what cute red, white, and blue outfit your kids will wear. Our reason for celebrating gets drowned out, and bringing up a subject like "politics" gets frowned upon or the room goes silent. Our focus is warped. Even I am guilty of just wanting to have fun and not focusing on the reason for all the celebration. I am grateful that their focus was true. That is founded on a solid rock, that they had our well being in mind, and even more then that, they had Jesus in mind, as the basis for all things.

I am so proud to be an American and to raise my kids to be just as proud, but more importantly to know Jesus is their Savior, their basis for life. Some of the worlds smartest and most educated men agreed when they wrote these important documents.

The theme is the same: Jesus first. And secondly: to establish government founded on Jesus.

The kids had a blast, Steve and I had some time alone together, Grandma and Grandpa showed extreme endurance by keeping up with the kids day after day, and we are so glad we went! How lucky and blessed we are!

I just wrote a 5 paragraph post about it but I'm deciding to delete it. Writing might be good therapy but not everything should be shared.

Instead I'm taking it to Jesus and hopefully he and I can work it out together.

Disneyland adventure

To celebrate Job turning 4yrs old we went to Disneyland!We only had to buy 3 tickets since Maggie and Diego are still under 2yrs old. We wanted to go to both parks and more then one day and we just kept procrastinating on buying the tickets. It's a good thing because days before we went my mom told me she met someone who worked there! He was able to get all of us in, for both parks and both days FOR FREE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
It was great to be there and be able to spend $ on food and some presents for the kids without the guilt of spending too much $!
Two days of fun and lots of happy kids!
Day one was nice and sunny out.

And the boys most favorite ride was the buzz ride!

Day two, not so sunny, But we got through it and still got to see lots of stuff and go on rides with hardly any lines at all.

Thanks Grandpa and Grandma for coming with us and helping so much!!!

Right about now Diego yelled "GET OUTTA HERE!"

The one thing I was dissapointed in was how hard it was just to see any Disney Characters. You could see some of them at the parade, and that was fun, but other then that you had to pay for a meal to see them or stand in a huge line. When I was a kid they seemed to just always be out and about.
The one couple of characters that we saw often were Mr Poppins and Burt, Good enough for us :)

Another highlight for the kids, not at Disneyland, was playing with Pizza dough at the Italian restaurant down the st.

Was a blast!
My parents, Grandpa, and Aunt came into town to help us celebrate.

We kicked off the weekend with a backyard baseball game.
It was complete with hotdogs and fixings, good ball playing, 7th inning stretch,

and Maggie even held the flag for the National Anthem.

While we waited for the turkey to cook we headed to the children's pool in La Jolla and checked out some seals.

We were the only ones on the beach because apparent;y they now hire someone to stand on the stairs and tell people not to go on the sand. I've been there for beach days when tons of seal were on the sand with us, us being there does not affect them, plus, It's still a public beach! So, don't listen to the dude in the tie...who barely spoke english.

The boys saw the iceskating at Sea World and wanted to go, we chose to go the next day, it was pouring rain outside so we headed to UTC.
The boys did great!

Maggie tried out the ice.

And Job did a bit by himself too!

It was a great weekend.

Can't wait for Christmas in the SNOW at the cabin!!!!

Our close friends and family joined us for a great day of fun. We had a jumper, sand table activity, yummy food from Da Kines, and CAKE!

It was a great day! I still can't believe that Maggie is ONE! She is walking, beginning to talk, and is just such a fun little girl! She keeps up with her brothers but is also such a cuddly girl. I just pray for many more happy and sweet years for her.

Thank you Santee lakes and spray grounds for a great day!
This was the first time the kids had been fishing. Grandpa got them some poles and we were off. Grandpa baited the hooks with worms, always fun for boys,

and then we waited.

Thankfully we didn't have to wait too long!
Within 10 minutes Job had caught a blue gill,

and about 5 minutes later...and CATFISH! It was huge!

Once we reeled it in they didn't want to get near it so we had to hang it by them to get a picture.
We released the fish and said "bye bye kitty fish".

Next we went to the park to play and eat lunch. We fed some ducks, and then cooled off at the spray grounds.
Grandma went it with Maggie

And the boys had a great time.

They can't wait to "take Papa fishing and show him how"

Job is a Pre-schooler!

I wish I could say things went perfect and smooth, but that's not how we roll.
**So sorry for my over dramatic version**
It's been months that Job has been waiting till "Septembo" so he can start school. Even up till the night before he was trying on his new gear.

Build up, build up, then this morning when I had to wake him from his sleeping slumber, "I don't want to go to school".
I thought the school bus pancakes helped a bit.

In the car, "Mama, I want to go back home".
When we pulled up to the school, "Mama, my boo boo hurts, my shoes hurt". (He had cut his ankle the night before).

I brought a back up pair of slippas thank the LORD!

This is Job telling me "Mama! This is CHURCH!! I want to go to school!" (the preschool is at our church, and his class is the same room as his Sunday school class)

"I want Rachel to be in my class!" (Rachel is not in his class).

"I want to play with Rachel on the playground!"
(Rachel is in the next playground because she is older)

"OK, go have fun Job". And he was off...
In the middle of kids playing and running around I look and he's standing in the middle of the yard, crying, looking for any familiar face he can cling to.
Job is great at making friends he just needs to find that someone to make a friend with. This is when I was BALLING!!!! To see him so sad and having a hard time in what was suppose to be a fun day crushed me. I DID NOT Expect to cry AT ALL! It seemed so silly but I couldn't help it.
Finally his teachers found him and brought him over to the others.
I know within 10 minutes he was having a good time but in that moment he just looked so sad and out of place.
Some friends called me to let me know they took a peek after I had left and they saw him playing just fine. That made me feel much better!

As for little brother, Diego did great. I was expecting a bit of a melt down but he was fine. He helped hold a lunch pack and my checkbook and stayed close to me as I ran around like a crazy woman to the classroom, playground, car then back to the office cause I forgot to pay tuition.

We got home and he said "Where's Job?" I told him he was at school and we'd get him later, "Oh, O.K., cause he's a big boy now!". So I put Maggie down for a nap and Diego and I colored, ate snacks, did dishes, and chilled out together and watched video. He even suggested getting Job some french fries to make him feel better!
When we picked him up he was all smiles! He did great, had fun and met some friends...but still can't remember their names. I knew he would do great, he just had to warm up a bit.
And finally seeing Rachel and his buddy Faith helped out too!

And the little siblings got to hang out with the big kids.

Then Papa offered to take us out for ice cream to help celebrate some more! Gotta love $1/scoop Tuesdays at Baskin Robbins!
He is ready for day two and I think we will all do much better!
I still can't believe my little boy is going to school.

This is what I've been hearing all day and evening at our house for the last 18hrs.

Sancho is our newest addition to the family.
When Steve asked me if I wanted a rescue puppy from Mexico I said "NO!".

He showed me the picture, I said "NO!"
He said "Why?", I gave my 27 reasons, and then...
He came home with this little guy:

Yes, he is cute, he is a great little puppy that is 90% potty trained, he doesn't bark, he sits for treats, and he came from a neglected place BLAH BLAH BLAH. But I wasn't ready for a dog. I'm still not ready. Things have changed already. I can't let Maggie go outside unless he's tied up or I'm holding her. I have to check the grass for "maneuvers", And I have to yell "out" every time I hear him peek through the screen door.

However, he is here and he is absolutely adorable. The kids have fallen in love with him (even though they've all been scratched with his loving paws).
I know he will grow and get bigger. I know it will be hard. And I know that at times I will be annoyed with him for knocking Maggie down again, but I've already gotten use to him and I love him too. I'm glad we were able to take him in and care for him and I'm glad my kids will always have an outside playmate.

Plus, less sweeping for me!

For Steve's Birthday we headed to Leo Carillos near Malibu for our first camping trip. We met My parents there too.
There is lots to do there, the campgrounds were nicely spaced out, there was a river bed behind us that the boys loved to explore with Grandpa

Some of our family that lives near by met us there during the days and helped us have some fun.

Earlier in the week Diego got hurt, again!
After a fun day of swimming we headed to the van. He decided to roll down the window for me because it was so hot and instead opened the door. His head hit the concrete and this is what he got...!an EGG! This is one of those moments where I was NOT thinking and let him go up front. Never again! Thanks goodness I was with friends and they calmed me down.
He was fine after a few minutes, and some fries and healed up very quickly!

He was back to wrestling and running around by the afternoon.

Before our friends the Price's moved we spent some time with them up at San Onofre for the day while they were camping.

That evening our backyard turned into the Moto camp site.

and drinking hot chocolate for the 1st time!

They slept great outside in the tent and loved it!
We have plans to go camping again in Santa Barbara at the end of the month! Hopefully they will do just as great!

4th of July!

We stayed with tradition and headed to the Coronado Parade for our 4th year and met up with some Fabulous Friends! Luckily some Fabulous Hubby's had saved a spot for all of us! The boys loved the fire engines and sirens, Maggie loved whatever music went by.

Maggie slept through the begininning of it, she missed how ridiculous her Mama looked, but that what's happens when the boys leave their stuff lying around, I had to put it somewhere!

We left a bit early, I think the parade goes on FOR-EVER!

Then we headed to a Friends in La Jolla for an afternoon of swimming,

BBQ, and fireworks. I put Maggie down in the spare room at 7pm and then we let the boys stay up for the big show. But when Greg pumped up his lovely sound system, Maggie was up...so she got to enjoy the fireworks with us.
We don't have any pictures of the spectacular show because we had our hands full of kids, but it was cool, we could see Coronado, OB, La Jolla and Sea world from their back yard.

In between, crying, whining and falling down the boys enjoyed it I'm sure. I guess we just dont do 930pm well without good naps.

Our cat, Buster has a little access hole in and out of our garage. Lately all kinds of little creatures have been exploring in there and eating his food too! We've seen an opossum, a skunk, and a couple other cats. The other night Steve saw that nasty little skunk in our garage again! So Job and I went outside and did a little hunting! Job was armed with his sword and I was armed with my trusty garden hose! Let's see how he likes the "Jet stream" setting!

Happy Birthday My love! I CAN NOT believe you are Two Years Old! Time has gone by so fast, and yet you are doing so much! You are so special and perfect in every way. I think you may have one of the best smiles and giggles ever! You can drop kick a ball better then me and I think you can out play anyone! You are non-stop action and craziness, but I LOVE IT! WE headed to Santa Cruz to Surprise My mom for her 50th Birthday.

The van fit us all but since there were only lap belts and we didn't bring a base for Maggie's seat we couldn't buckle her in. So she was in her carseat on the floor of the van. And if any of you know about highway 17 (Old San Jose rd actually) then you know it made for an interesting ride!

So, with a little help from her boss, Grandma came down to the beach house thinking she was recording some license plates of possible drug dealers. Then "POP", we jumped up with party poppers and yelled "SURPRISED!" She had no idea! (sorry no picture, I was holding a kid and a popper)

So , Happy Birthday again Mom! Sorry you had to buy your own cake.

This was by far the best family Vacation so far. It was the first time we flew as a family of five and I was so happy that the kids did so well. They flew great, slept great, played great and it was such a joy to be with all my family for such a fun occasion. I hope this can turn into an annual event! A friend of mine is throwing her daughter a Princess tea party for her 3rd Birthday. I saw this cute hat at Skip to My Lou's blog and decided to make one too.

And then I made these as favors for the girls, great idea from Tonya's site.

I put a Letter for each of their names on the tags.

Mine look a little different. I am not very good at hand sewing (sad I know) and thinking of having to change the bobbin color several times in my machine just did not seem fun. So I went with my specialty...HOT GLUE! I think they turned out pretty good. Thanks ladies for your insipration!

"MAMA'S DAY"

On Sat we went with friends to a great resort in Carlsbad and had a great day in the water. This was the 1st time the kids got into a pool since last summer. What little fish!

Then, this morning I woke up to rose petals in bed...I wish I could say it was romantic and sweet, but it was more like an attack at dawn. Steve thought they would fall like a flurry, they fell like a bomb! But it made me laugh at 630am....Only my husband.

He made up for it though...
Plus, the kids painted me cards and Diego woke up early and went and got balloons with Papa.

My parents flew in this morning and once the sun came out I decided to cancel the double masssage my mom and I had sceduled and we hit the pool again.
Maggie LOVES the water and was a kicking splashing mermaid!

Grandma and Grandpa enjoyed watching the boys do cannon balls and "bomb" things.

Thank you Babe for a great weekend and for being my best friend and a great Papa to our beautiful kids!
It was a great weekend. I wish it weren't over already. But one thing that isn't changing, I'm still a Mama! And I'm loving every minute of it!

I just haven't been in the blogging mood, so here is a re-cap of our last month!

Granny visited us for 10 days, we did a whole lot in those 10 days. Granny bought the Boys "Babe" and they are now completly addicted!!!!

A fun Day in the sun. The temperature was up to 92degrees. This was also the day that Diego jumped into the kiddie pool and had to get a new cast. :)

We said our farewell's to granny and went to the Encinitas St Fair.

Here are some shots from the Biggest tantrum in History! I don't even remember what it was all about now, but he was not happy. While he was suppose to be waiting patiently in his room, he decided to redecorate. He also decided to destroy his brothers guitar...

Papa got his Father's day, birthday and anniversary presents early, a flatscreen!
The boys had fun playing with his tools and making the box into a Barn for their animals.

Since we don't have cable "Bambi" is the most popular watched video in the house. The boys favorite part is when Bambi wrestles with the other deer for his girl...and now we get to enjoy it on a 40inch flat screen, over and over and over and over!!!!

I got to go out and celebrate Karies Birthday with some Fabulous friends

Then to end the month of April, the kids and I went to the Carlsbad flower fields with our friends. We got some good pictures and enjoyed a fun tractor ride through the field.

So, that was us this last month, in a nut shell.

I wonder what will happen in May?

Randy,
I love you so much and I'm so proud to call you my Father! From the friends you've kept and your co-workers I've met I know that you've left a lasting impression on so many! I know that they will all miss you and that your department will not be the same. Thank you for showing me what a good role model should be and for teaching me what real dedication is.

You've shown me so much and given me some great memories.

...and had a few good memories yourself:)

As you begin the next chapter in your life I am looking forward to what life has in store for you! FUN!!!

I hope that you will be able to do all the things you've been dreaming of and more. A little golf, a little riding, a little hanging out, a little sleeping in! And maybe even try something new...a little surfing, a little carpentry with SFM construction!
Whatever it is I hope it will be RELAXING!!!!

I have had so many posts to put on here and have been wanting to update everyone but for some reason I get on here, and then coming up with the words and downloading the pictures just seems too much. I'll have to get my thoughts together and just do it. so... posts will be coming...I just need to find the time and energy.
Stay tuned for some stories of Granny and Uncle David's visit, a street fair, some cute moments, and one of the biggest meltdowns our house has ever gone through.

Our Easter Day!

He is Risen! And to celebrate...

On Easter morning the boys woke up and opened their Easter baskets.

We continued the morning with a beautiful outside service at Horizon. Then we went to a friends for an Easter potluck.

I made Maggies onesie the night before, the Tutu and headband is from Dana.

Then we went down to the canyon for the Egg hunt, so much fun! Job had a full basket of eggs, Diego did pretty good too with his one arm. Maggie got one egg, but we had to give it up since she's not ready for MnM's.

We came home and everyone passed out. When Maggie woke up she had some one on one time with Buster our cat.

Diegos first, and hopefully last trip...

to the ER!
Today while I was finishing up in the bathroom I heard Job and Diego arguing. I asked Job to come over to me and told him I was almost done and that he needed to be nice, "no fighting, no pushing, no hitting or arguing". He agreed, then 3 seconds later I hear,
"No I sit there!"
"No, I sit there!"
As I walked down the hall to break up a fight I heard "THUD" then a Scream.

I immediatly scooped Diego up off the floor and took him the couch. Job admitted that he pushed him off his bed. I thought his head was hurt but then realized he was guarding his arm. After about 45 minutes of on/off crying I Dropped Job off at my friend Jessenia's and went to Childrens ER.

The nurse thought it was nursemaids elbow (dislocated at the elbow), but after setting it in place he was still not using his arm. After Xrays we found it was ALSO BROKEN. Both forearm bones!
So we went to Ortho and he got a cast. He chose bright green and cried the WHOLE TIME! After the nurses twisted and pulled on him he was not happy with anyone in scrubs!

All in all our experience at Children's Hospital was Awesome! We never waited more then 10 minutes for anything. We spent a total of about 2-2 1/2 hrs there. And for all that we had to get done it was not that long at all! That being said...I am definetly not looking forward to our bill!

Everyone is passed out asleep from the crazy morning, including my sweet boy Diego. Poor kid!

Spring is in the air!

This is going to be a HUGE re-cap on us the last few weeks.

We started the weekend with a Birthday celebration for beautiful for our friend Jayda

Then on Sunday started the Easter celebrations with our Fabulous friends.
We had an Easter egg hunt, lots of food and an overload of chocolate.
